💥BREWERY ONLY RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT💥

LIQUID: NELSON SAUVIN showcases its namesake overlaid on a clean DIPA malt base for a clear expression of this varietal. We used a super-saturated ratio of dry hops to liquid equal to DDH Ghost for the full Nelson experience. Fluid and evolving notes of dew soaked white grapes mingle with Juicy Fruit bubblegum dripping in guava and wild berry mix.

Pre-sale begins this Wednesday, September 22 at noon CST at shop.parishbeer.com with pick up Friday, September 24 beginning at 11am.

🚨RELEASE DETAILS🚨

TODAY 8/27

From the farm to your glass, French Prairie Road is a hazy single-hop Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Cascade Cup winning B&D Farms in St. Paul, Oregon. We used only single-origin Cascade hops, hand selected from the beer's namesake farm, grown in a field on French Prairie Road. A departure from some of our usual ingredients, FPR is our first fermentation with Cosmic Punch yeast, adding waves of guava and passionfruit to the grapefruit notes typical of quality Cascade. We are particularly fond of Oregon-grown Cascade, as we find it more tropical than what is grown elsewhere, and over the last decade we have consistently selected our annual allotment from Willamette Valley farms including B&D. 8% ABV.

Pick-up will be in the Taproom. Make sure you have your order confirmation(s) with you, either printed or available on your electronic device.

Time to show some love to our original number 1. Our first product ever sold, Canebrake has been our best-selling beer since 2010 and represents our drive to innovate, even at our origin. This refreshing American Wheat drinks easy and highlights honey-sweet remnants of Louisiana-grown sugarcane and notes of citrus on the finish from Oregon-grown Cascade hops. Let’s raise a glass to the one that, for us, made everything else possible.
