Every great Louisiana meal starts the same way. Onion. Celery. Bell pepper. The Cajun holy trinity, the foundation of gumbo, jambalaya, étouffée, and just about everything else cooked in this state. It’s not something you question or mess with. It’s something you build on.

So when we got together with our friends at @otherhalfnyc again, we asked ourselves what our holy trinity would look like. This time, not veggies but hops. And no, we did not use actual onions. No tears were shed in the making of this beer.

Y’all meet Trinity. Built on Dolcita, Nectaron, and Citra, three standout hops that each bring something unique to the table and, when combined, are nothing short of heavenly.
