A collaborative 8.5% DIPA with our close pals Cerebral Brewing showcasing our mutual techniques and inspirations. We took the best parts of Ghost and Rare Trait grain bills with malted wheat and oats to prime a large addition of Mosaic Incognito hot side. We followed up with a massive Motueka and Galaxy dry hop, yielding punchy notes of mixed berry and a splash of pineapple to this hazy masterpiece.

Pre-sale begins Wednesday, February 24 at noon CST at shop.parishbeer.com with pick up Saturday, February 27.

Please read: In order to make the buying experience as enjoyable as possible, we have made some changes to the website pre-sale process. When going to shop.parishbeer.com on February 24, you will be taken to a virtual waiting room. At noon CST, users on the site will be randomized and placed in a line. Every minute, a group of people from the line will be allowed into the shop. When it’s your turn, you will be redirected to the shop. Once a product is added to your cart, it will be reserved, and you will have 5 minutes to complete checkout.

If you want to buy multiple products, we recommend doing so all at once to avoid waiting in line again.

During checkout, you will choose a scheduled time for pick up on Saturday, February 27. Time slots will be two hours between 10am and 6pm. Proxies allowed. You will also be able to pick up other online orders during your pick up window. Pre-sale beer pick up will be in the building to the right of the Taproom. Make sure you have your order confirmation(s) with you. An order confirmation will be required for each order.

Day-of sales will begin at 10am. There will be signage directing you where to go. Pre-sale pick up and day-of sales will end at 6pm.

The Taproom will be open from 11am-6pm. You can purchase beer and merchandise to-go, but Taproom seating for pours will be outdoor table service only (first come, first serve).

If your beer is not picked up by 8pm Saturday, March 6, your order will be cancelled.
