LIQUID: NELSON SAUVIN showcases its namesake overlaid on a clean DIPA malt base for a clear expression of this varietal. We used a super-saturated ratio of dry hops to liquid equal to DDH Ghost for the full Nelson experience. Fluid and evolving notes of dew soaked white grapes mingle with Juicy Fruit bubblegum dripping in guava and wild berry mix.

Pre-sale begins this Wednesday, September 22 at noon CST at shop.parishbeer.com with pick up Friday, September 24 beginning at 11am.
