Barrel Aged Swamp Stacks: After slumbering in Willow Jane Double Oak + Maple Bourbon barrels for over a year, our 2020 stout collab with @greatnotion re-emerges in Broussard donning its superior barrel-aged form. BA Swamp Stacks is a mashup of our Shades and Great Notion’s Stacks series. This 13% ABV Imperial stout is brewed with brown sugar and an array of specialty roasted malts, creating a warm, decadent base. With post-barrel additions of maple, marshmallows, graham crackers, and toasted coconut flakes, Swamp Stacks exudes waves of fluffy marshmallow by the jar, bourbon maple coconut chocolate squares and boozy brown butter blondies.⁣

Drive Thru: Amaretto Pineapple: Our Drive Thru series was born as an ode to a Louisiana staple: Drive Thru Daiquiri shops. This thick, daiquiri-style sour packs saturated fruit flavor into a high ABV smoothie. The series’ second installment, Drive Thru: Amaretto Pineapple is super-saturated with Pineapple puree then topped with a generous dose of sweet almond, perfectly mimicking the classic Daiquiri you already know and love. Delightfully sunny, It pours a viscous bright yellow and packs a punchy 8% ABV.

When going to shop.parishbeer.com on May 26th, you will be taken to a virtual waiting room. At noon CST, users on the site will be randomized and placed in a line. Every minute, a group of people from the line will be allowed into the shop. When it’s your turn, you will be redirected to the shop. Once a product is added to your cart, it will be reserved, and you will have 5 minutes to complete checkout.

If you want to buy multiple products, we recommend doing so all at once to avoid waiting in line again.

Day-of sales will begin at 10am. We will have very limited amounts of BA Swamp Stacks & Drive Thru: Amaretto Pineapple bottles to sell. We will also have a limited stock of Swamp t-shirts as well.

There will be signage directing you where to go. Pre-sale pick up and day-of sales will end at 6pm. The Taproom will be open from 11am-6pm.

If your beer is not picked up by 8pm Saturday, June 5th, your order will be cancelled.
