Cool Pool
A collaboration with our west coast friends @harlandbrewing, this crisp New Zealand style pilsner goes down easy with hits of fresh mango, Cara Cara Orange, and ripe apricot notes atop a complex and well-balanced bready malt body. Brewed with heirloom German Barke malt and 100% NZ Pacific Sunrise hops, Cool Pool gets its name from our innovative method of adding kettle hops to cooled wort prior to fermentation. We’ve used this technique in our IPAs for years to capture more aroma from hot-side hop additions and to make our hazy stuff especially juicy, but Cool Pool is our first time for one of our Pilsners to see this treatment. 5.6 % ABV
Candied Pecan
This velvet confection spent 16 months in a blend of Oregon Spirits and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels before conditioning on hundreds of pounds of roasted pecans, Madagascar vanilla, and a dusting of Korintje Cinnamon. Cinnamon glazed pecans flirt with boozy brown sugar spice, offering a delightful pastry stout experience reminiscent of sugar-stained paper cones overflowing with freshly roasted pecans. 14% ABV
Presale begins Thursday, June 2 at noon CST at shop.parishbeer.com with pick up Saturday, June 4.

shop.parishbeer.com on June 2, you will be taken to a virtual waiting room. At noon CST, users on the site will be randomized and placed in a line. Every minute, a group of people from the line will be allowed into the shop. When it’s your turn, you will be redirected to the shop. Once a new release product is added to your cart, it will be reserved, and you will have 5 minutes to complete checkout.
If you want to buy multiple products, we recommend doing so all at once to avoid waiting in line again.
Presale beer pickup will be in the building to the right of the Taproom. Make sure you have your order confirmation(s) with you. An order confirmation will be required for each order.
There will be a limited amount of COOL POOL + CANDIED PECAN available for purchase Saturday, June 4. Day-of sales will begin at 10am. There will be signage directing you where to go.
Presale pickup and day-of sales will end at 6pm.
The Taproom will be open from 11am-6pm.
If your beer is not picked up by Saturday, June 11, your order will be cancelled.
COOL POOL: $12 per 16oz 4pack cans, limit 1 case per person.
