We teamed up with @weldwerksbrewing to design a next-wave DIPA haze nectar stuffed with delicious flavor molecules created by the transformation of yeast blending and thiol stacking. We first charged the base beer with Phantasm powder before fermenting with a blend of ale yeast and thiol enhancing wine yeast. An early fermentation hit of Sauvignon Blanc grape juice was followed by a dry-hop of Pacific Sunrise, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka. 

Candy Clouds is a fresh example of luponic flavor extraction spilling harmonious and lifting notes of fruity riffs and celestial zest. 8% ABV.

Pre-sale begins Thursday, November 18 at noon CST on our website with pick up Saturday, November 20.  If you miss out on the pre-sale there will be some beer available for purchase on release day, first come, first served.
