🦢 Bevy of Swans  🦢

White Chocolate, Tahitian Vanilla, and French Black Raspberry Imperial Stout. BoS is a velvety confection of white chocolate dipped dark tart fruit topped with a kiss of amaretto and vanilla aromatics.13% ABV

We joined forces with the stout kings @bottlelogicbrewing to create this massively flavorful adjunct imperial stout. We compared notes on our base stout technique and employed some of their ingredients and methods to create one of the highest gravity beers we’ve ever produced. In finishing the beer, we dosed with some of Bottle Logic’s favorite adjuncts that are new to our brewery.

Bevy of Swans: $23 per 16oz 4pack cans, limit 1 case per person.
Bevy of Swans Glassware: $15 / glass. Will be available at the brewery on release day, limit 2 per person

 

🐢 Turtle Rêve 🐢

A festive spin on our classic coffee stout, we traded a portion of our custom, single-origin coffee blend with hundreds of pounds of roasted pecans, chocolate fudge, artisan caramel syrup, and Madagascar vanilla. Comforting notes of pecan pie batter and freshly roasted coffee and scenes of chilly cafe mornings await inside this wintertime elixir. 6.8% ABV

Turtle Rêve: $20 per 16oz 4pack cans, limit 1 case per person.

 

Presale for Bevy of Swans + Turtle Rêve begins Thursday, January 27 at noon CST on our website with pick up Saturday, January 29. If you miss out on the presale, there will be some beer available for purchase at the brewery on release day, first come, first served.

Presale pickup will be in our warehouse to the right of the Taproom beginning at 10am. Make sure you have your order confirmation(s) with you, either printed or on an electronic device. An order confirmation will be required for each order. There will be a limited amount of both release beers available for purchase at the brewery Saturday, January 29. Day-of sales will begin at 10am. Day-of sales are always first come, first served. Presale pickup and day-of sales will end at 6pm.

The Taproom will be open from 11am-6pm for pours or to purchase beer and merchandise to-go.  

If your beer is not picked up by Saturday, February 5, your order will be canceled.
