The uncountable, indefinable, unreachable, and unbounded hoppy quantity is at hand: Infinite Ghost! We took our quintessential juicy, hazy, delectable double IPA and dialed it up to infinity by supersaturating it with our hand-selected Yakima Valley Citra hops and enhanced it further with Citra terpenes. We bombed out this mad concoction beyond quantification by dosing Citra Spectrum mid-fermentation. Forever Citra! Forever Infinite Ghost!

Double Barrel Caribbean Shade aged 16 months in both Willet Bourbon and Caribbean Rum barrels before aging an additional 5 months in a blend of Cruzan Rum and Basil Hayden Double Oak bourbon barrels containing piles of luxe Tahitian Vanilla beans. Post aging, toasted coconut and cassia bark were added to enhance the warm chocolatey depth of its already rich base. Flavor highlights of rum-soaked samoas, chocolate covered coconut flakes, and beach blanket daydreams. 13% ABV

Please read: When going to shop.parishbeer.com on December 7, you will be taken to a virtual waiting room. At noon CST, users on the site will be randomized and placed in a line. Every minute, a group of people from the line will be allowed into the shop. When it’s your turn, you will be redirected to the shop. Once a new release product is added to your cart, it will be reserved, and you will have 5 minutes to complete checkout.

If you want to buy multiple products, we recommend doing so all at once to avoid waiting in line again.

Pre-sale beer pickup will be in our warehouse to the right of the Taproom. Make sure you have your order confirmation(s) with you, either printed or on an electronic device. An order confirmation will be required for each order.

There will be a limited amount of release beer available for purchase Saturday, December 10. Day-of sales will begin at 10am and are always first come, first served. There will be signage directing you where to go.

The Taproom will be open from 11am-7pm for pours or to purchase beer and merchandise to-go. Pre-sale pick up and day-of sales will end at 7pm.

If your beer is not picked up by Saturday, December 17, your order will be canceled.
