Infinite Ghost pick up will be in the Taproom. Make sure you have your order confirmation(s) with you.

Day-of sales and presale pick up will begin at 11am. There will be a limited amount of Infinite Ghost and Infinite Ghost hats available for purchase on a first come, first served basis. Day-of limits TBD. Presale pick up and day-of sales will end at 8pm.

The Taproom will be open from 11am-8pm for pours or to purchase beer and merchandise to-go.

If your order is not picked up by Friday, September 29, your order will be canceled.

The uncountable, indefinable, unreachable, and unbounded hoppy quantity is at hand: Infinite Ghost! We took our quintessential juicy, hazy, delectable double IPA and dialed it up to infinity by supersaturating it with our hand-selected Yakima Valley Citra hops and enhanced it further with Citra terpenes. We bombed out this mad concoction beyond quantification by dosing Citra Spectrum mid-fermentation. Forever Citra! Forever Infinite Ghost! 8% ABV

BREW MORE GHOST 💀

🍑SIPS Chardonnay Apricot🍑

A sweet and refreshingly tart sour combining Chardonnay grapes and complementary ripe, fresh apricot puree. Drinks refreshingly reminiscent of its namesake wine, replete with apricot tarts, airy pomme fruit, and juicy pineapple notes.

Available NOW at our Taproom and in all Parish distribution markets. It will only be available for a limited time, so sip while you can!

Our most recent collaboration with our buddies at @otherhalfnyc resulted in a big Hazy Double IPA. Okra is made with a creamy DIPA oat-infused base and loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Nectaron hops from the latest New Zealand harvest. And while this collab may not actually contain any okra, it is thick and hazy just like a bowl of gumbo. Tasting notes of key lime zest, Sauvignon Blanc spritz, ripe pineapple, and juicy Alphonso mangoes. 8% ABV

Introducing Reserve d'Or. This double-barrel barleywine was aged for 15 months in a Bardstown Bourbon barrel, followed by 11 months in a Plantation Rum barrel infused with Ugandan vanilla beans. The result is a symphony of flavors reminiscent of rum-soaked bread pudding, accentuated by the richness of Korintje cinnamon and brown sugar. 14%ABV
