Introducing for one time only and in very limited quantities: Red Velvet Gentilly Cake Imperial Stout. Aged for an impressive 33 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, this batch was then dosed with Ecuadorian cacao nibs before being further complemented by the addition of Ugandan vanilla. The extended barrel aging period and careful selection of adjuncts ensure a velvety, cake batter experience that transcends sipping on an ordinary strong, dark beer.
