A nod to one of the oldest folk festivals in the world, we joyously introduce Parish Oktoberfest! In anticipation of the cooler weather, the festivals of Fall, and Steinholding competitions, we’ve taken a brief break from our usual hazy IPA repertoire to brew this traditional malty, clean lager. Its fuller body comes from a cornucopia of malted barleys – Munich and Metolius – giving it a delightful red-brown hue and a rich bready flavor to match. At 5.4% ABV, Oktoberfest features a robust, frothy head and a touch of the most perfect Saaz hops, keeping true to classic style and saving our tropical Citra for the next IPA on deck. PROST!
