Brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. A strong resin flavor combines with bright grassy aromas – this beer is often described as “dank.” As always with Parish IPAs, minimal hop bitterness and a clean malt backbone serve to highlight the bright and juicy notes, emphasizing citrus and other fruits.
